P-SPot: a portal offering firmware upgrades among others
Loyal QJ.Net reader Borg Queen X sent us an email regarding a portal for the PlayStation Portable he created with the help of CodesRCool. The said portal is called P-SPot and all you have to do is enter the following address to your PSP web browser: “http://gdteam.uni.cc/” to gain access to it.
We’ve seen a lot of other web portals in the past but we have to say that P-SPot is one of the more functional ones. Its list of features is as follows:
- All demo’s working on any firmware exept: The baseball thing (coming soon though), Killzone and SOCOM FTB2.
- Loads of wallpapers.
- Videos.
- Firmware Upgrades.
- Chat Rooms.
- Private Chat Rooms.
- PSP news.
- Useful links.
- 2 Applications (more soon)
- 100+ online games.
- A forum: http://gdteam.uni.cc/PSP/forum (also accessible from computers)
- Some RSS Feeds working on the PSP.
On a related note, you can also access the above mentioned URL address using your PC. However, you will be redirected to the site’s PC section and not to the portal itself.
