PSPXT v1.50
Superskull85 is back with another PSPXT update. His homebrew app is now at version 1.50. Superskull85 also says that it’s still “basically the same as before,” but it now features a brand-spankin’ new interface to cater to those who had complaints about the old one.
For the uninitiated, PSPXT is an application that will let you see how your PSP’s XMB will look like on your PC before actually compiling your RCOs and flashing them on to your PSP.
PSPXT can’t be used to preview already created themes as it doesn’t have RCO or PRX support, but it can handle and arrange BMP images so that they look just like your XMB.
Here’s the changelog for PSPXT v1.50:
- Created a entirely new layout
- Created pop-up functions when selecting a menu option
- Made interface easier to control (No more double checking, most options are mouse clickable)
- Controls are now mapped out on each XMB preview
- Added volume bar support for Full XMB Navigation One
- Brighter Text
As always, be sure to read the README.txt file as well as other related text files included in the download before you install PSPXT. Also, this app can access your PSP’s Flash0 through the File Flasher, so be extra careful when using it to prevent bricking your PSP.
