Pure extreme off-road racing: official trailer, interview

One of the best things about video games is that your character can do a lot of crazy stuff that would land you in a hospital bed if you attempted to do it in real life (especially if you’re not a pro extreme sport athlete). There’s nothing better than going out for a drive, get a bit of fresh air, maybe do some high flying stunts while 60 feet up in the air. Ok, maybe you can’t do it in real life, but that’s what video games are for. Here are two new videos for the upcoming off-road racer, Pure.

These two new videos come straight from the 2008 Game Developers Conference. The first video is an interview with the game’s director, Jason Avent of Black Rock Studio. The second video is the official trailer for Pure.

Pure is expected to come out this Fall on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Here are the videos, folks:
