Puzzle/strategy hybrid Puzzlegeddon now on App Store

HandyGames has dropped us a line announcing the arrival of a new puzzle game on the Apple App Store — Pieces Interactive’s puzzle / strategy hybrid, Puzzlegeddon. Details and a video after the jump.

HandyGames has dropped us a line announcing the arrival of a new puzzle game on the Apple App Store — Pieces Interactive’s puzzle / strategy hybrid, Puzzlegeddon.

The iPhone version of Puzzlegeddon takes its cue from the game’s PC and mobile versions. Features include 12 attacks and power ups, eight different characters with their own special skills, multiple game modes, online leaderboards, and multiplayer for up to four players.

The full version can now be downloaded from the App Store for US$ 3.99 / € 2.99. There’s also a free version available that has three different characters and five special attacks and power-ups.

I couldn’t find an embeddable video of the game’s iPhone and iPod Touch version so here’s a look at the PC version:
