“XBL service”, “MW2 servers down” top Google Trends search

Guess what were the top Google Trends search yesterday? It’s none other than… tantananan! “Xbox Live” and “Modern Warfare 2 servers down”.

 

 

 

Guess what were the top Google Trends search yesterday? It’s none other than… tantananan! “Xbox Live” and “Modern Warfare 2 servers down”.

 

 

This skyrocketing search tallies can be attributed to the fact that the XBL service went down for a couple of hours earlier. Take note, those weren’t the only Xbox-related mishaps that were searched online. Settling at the numbers 3 and 4 spots of the Top 20 list were “communication with the Xbox Live servers has been interrupted” and “Xbox Live not working”.

 

Don’t be surprised that there were so many people affected. It was a federal holiday and everyone apparently used their free time being online. Not to worry though, the XBL service has been up and running a couple of hours after it went down.

 

No reasons have been given for it, though. Maybe later, from Major Nelson?
