Race Driver: GRID – top car per class listed
Think the Bimmer and Mustang you tried out in the Race Driver: GRID demo was the best the game’s got to offer? Think again. GRID‘s chief designer Ralph Fulton recently unveiled a list of the other hot wheels the game’s got to offer, available for reading over in the full article.
A few days ago, Codemasters released a demo of their upcoming title, Race Driver: GRID for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC platforms. We imagine plenty of the players out there had quite the adrenaline rush with the sort of cars they could drive, which is just a sample of things to come.
Speaking of cars, GRID‘s chief designer Ralph Fulton has recently drawn up a list of some of the others you can expect to try in the full game. Fulton’s list includes (in his opinion) the best machines from each of GRID‘s racing classes, so you’ll certainly want too look for them when you get your copy of the game:
- Pro Muscle: Dodge Viper SRT-10
- Prestige Class: Pagani Zonda R
- GT1 Class: Koenigsegg CCGT
- LMP1 Class: Audi R10 TDi
- LMP2 Class: Courage C65
- Pro Tuned Class: Nissan Skyline GT-R Z-Tune
- GT2 Class: Porsche 911 GT3-RSR
- Drift Class: Mazda RX-7 FD3S
- Prototype Class: Mazda 787B
- Touring Class: BMW 320 SI
- Classic Muscle Class: Plymouth AAR ‘Cuda
- Open Wheel Class: Dallara Formula 3
