Rare fixes Jetpac Refuelled theme glitch
Rare Ltd. has released an official fix for the “technical hurdle” hit by the dashboard theme and picture pack unlocked partway through Jetport Refuelled‘s single player game. Due to the glitch, the free dashboard theme wouldn’t download correctly. Well, the issue has now been fixed and an update has been posted to Xbox Live. Rare has also released the following fix instructions:
In order for the update to install correctly you MUST delete the existing package from your console and follow the instructions below. Deleting and then re-downloading the package will not affect your saved game or Leaderboard status, or cost you any additional Microsoft Points. In addition, you WILL NOT be charged for this download.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the ‘System’ blade in the 360 dashboard
- Select the ‘Memory’ menu option
- Select the storage device on which Jetport Refuelled is saved
- Select the ‘Games’ menu option
- Navigate to the Jetport entry in the menu and select it
- When you select the Jetport entry, highlight ‘Jetport Xbox Live Arcade Game’
- Select and confirm the ‘Delete’ option
- Re-download from the Arcade downloads section of the dashboard to obtain the updated game package.
