Resident Evil movie DVD box set to include bridge scene that ties up Extinction and Apocalypse
With the third offering in the Resident Evil movie series nearing release, Sony‘s decided to give a few choice goodies with the first two titles packaged in DVD format.
Packaged as Resident Evil: Double Feature Resurrected, the first two movie adaptations of the beloved zombie shooter franchise will also include a coupon that gives one the chance to view Extinction in cinemas for free. Definitely a great bonus.
Besides a free ticket to view the third installment, the box set is said to also feature a bridge scene that ties up Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Resident Evil: Extinction. While we’re not sure how that would go over with fans who watched the first two movies already, and haven’t seen that bridge scene yet, it’s certainly a nice extra for those of us who want more Resident Evil movie goodness.
Resident Evil: Double Feature Resurrected will be out for sale come September 4.
