RIN v1.2 with Shortcuts Released

A new customer version of RIN (gameboy color emulator) was just released by nullpo.
This version adds shortcuts to RIN
– ‘ R + ? ‘ with vsync OFF
– ‘ R + ? ‘ with vsync ON
– ‘ R + -> ‘ with wait OFF
– ‘ R + <- ‘ with wait ON
