RIN v1.28 for the PSP Released

Mr. Mirakichi has just released RIN v1.28 for the PSP. Changes to this version include the following:

v1.28 (2005/07/16)

• Roms compressed using GZIP are now supported. The unpacking speed is fast.
• Small bug fixes
• Others
