Developer linkinworm has released two new homebrew apps for the Wii console, both of which have something to do with the Rin Wii GameBoy Color Emulator.
The first homebrew is a Rin Reboot Mod, a variant of Rin Wii which gives you the option of rebooting when in-game. To activate this function, the users just have to press the L-trigger on their controller, and activate the reboot option that's displayed.
The second homebrew is a bit more lucrative - it's a variant of the dev's Rin Wii's Wiimote edition release, converted into a Wii channel. Just be warned that being an early release, this application has some bugs (quoting linkinworm's release):
- you can only go from bottom to top so id have the games in a folder with the folder being starting with the lewest letter in the alphabet
- 2 you have to kinda hold the 2 buttom to enter the directory as shown in my video, games work fine with this once in the actual game
