Rise of the Lich King chapter 3: Shattering the Frozen Throne
Blizzard has just released chapter three of their Wrath of the Lich King synopsis over at the World of Warcraft site. This latest segment of Arthas’ journey to the Frozen Throne begins with the end of the Third War, following Archimonde’s death at the World Tree (Warcraft III).
Chapter three will narrate, among other things, Arthas’ journey back to Northrend to free the Lich King from his icy prison (Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne). This chapter will also detail Arthas’ second battle with Illidan Stormrage, who by now is working under demon lord Kil’jaeden.
