Risia test server goes persistent
Good news for those Dungeons and Dragons fans who want to see the latest content before it goes live. It seems the Risia test server is back with a vengeance, and it may just be back for good.
According to the latest news on the DDO website, the Risia Preview Server will become a persistent server, allowing people to play the game as normal on it. Here’s the official word from their website:
After several months of periodically opening the Risia Preview Server to showcase new updates, we’ve decided to bring Risia online for an extended run! Risia will now be a persistent world where you can try new pre-release content and features… To help populate Risia any characters that were created on the live DDO worlds before December 24th, 2006 have been copied over to Risia.
In any case, you’d best check your DDO webpage to see just how you can get in on the action. Enjoy!
