Rock Band (Wii): Wireless guitar controller appears at FCC site

We’ve got a quick update coming in regarding Harmonix‘s Rock Band title for the Wii (also on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PS2).
To be more specific, its wireless guitar controller, whose documents have recently been filed over at Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Tech reports aside, the report also included several pictures of the sample guitar that were submitted to the FCC for testing. Aside from some minor re-typing in the manual to designate it as a Wii controller, this wireless guitar doesn’t look too different from its kin on the other consoles.
No pricing details were mentioned, though we remind buyers can opt to buy the wireless guitar as part of a Rock Band Special Edition pack, priced at US$ 169.99. Separate instrument packs will also be made available for purchase for the the game’s launch on June 22.
