Rockstar Games offers ‘No comment’ on Grand Theft Auto IV PC version
Grand Theft Auto rocked next-gen consoles on the day it was released. But will it be doing the same thing for the PC? Apparently, there were reports before saying that the game will be released for the desktop. Regarding this, however, Rockstar Games has replied with a “no comment.” Head on over to the full article to know more.
Rockstar North‘s Grand Theft Auto 4 (PS3, Xbox 360) is hot, hot, hot in the gaming world right now. To those who want the action right on their desktop, question is, will the game have a PC version?
Well, it looks like that it’s not far from happening. Sometime in January, there were a few citings that said GTA 4 for the PC will be released some time near the end of 2008.
A few French retailers were spotted to have released info that the version is set to launch around October of 2008. Furthermore, a German e-retailer, CityDisc, has also posted that the game’s release for the PC is also on October.
Even if this sounds too good to be true, don’t get your hopes up. The bottom line is that it’s still unofficial information. For the record, the company’s UK-based firm apparently has released official word regarding this matter. It only has two words, and they just so happen to be, “no comment.”
October is still pretty much far from today. A lot of things can happen in the coming months. We’ll keep you guys posted for more updates on this particular matter.
