A rumor spread a few days ago that a new Grand Theft Auto game, one on a level with San Andreas, was set for a release this year. Sorry to burst your bubble guys, but Rockstar Games says that it’s not gonna happen.
The folks at Kotaku confirmed it with Rockstar, who said that there was “no truth” to the rumors of “Grand Theft Auto V: Tokyo” for the holidays. For Xbox 360 and DS gamers, at least, there’s no shortage of GTA loving this year. The DLC for GTA IV, The Lost and Damned, is on its way, and GTA: Chinatown Wars will be released this March.
