Rodman talks about Xbox 360 Elite features

Yeah, we wish it was Dennis too, but no. The guy talking in this video is John Rodman. He didn’t say a lot, really. He just bannered the new HDMI port and the bigger hard drive that comes along with the Xbox 360 Elite. A video presentation with some electronica in the background followed.

As mentioned in previous posts, the HDMI port gives HD TV users a slightly better feel of visuals, particularly with shadows. The new hard drive can store up to 120GB of data and comes loaded with a bunch of trailers and game demos. The Elite comes in a black casing and sells for US$ 479.

Comparisons have been drawn between preceding Xbox 360 models and the Elite, and the consensus seems to be that the system is best suited for the detail-oriented crowd. Nevertheless, the machine has seen rapid sales as most online and brick-and-mortar stores sold out their stock within hours.
