Rumor: David Reeves emailed staff about NDA after ’09 plans leak
While SCEE is keeping mum about their supposed leaked plans for 2009, David Reeves allegedly also took steps to make sure that the rest of the staff keep mum as well.
Although SCEE may have given out their standard rumor-response of “No Comment” on the supposed leaked information on their ’09 plans, it certainly seems like they’re not letting this pass through their office halls unnoticed.
Staff of the company have allegedly received an email from David Reeves himself, and no, this is not to ask how their weekend was or what they would like to get for Christmas. Instead, it was to remind everyone about the quiet Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) clause sitting in their contracts.
The leaked ’09 information pointed to details on the PSP versions of LittleBigPlanet and MotorStorm, as well as a status update on God of War 3.
Unfortunately, there’s no copy of said email, and a UK rep has declined to comment on the matter, so we’ll have to tag this as rumor for now. For all we know, the email – if it does exist – may have been a preemptive measure at that. Sort of like a “Don’t you even dare think about it” kind of warning.
It’s not that far off, right?
