Word comes from a blogger who recently visited a PlayStation promotional event:

I asked an official and was told there would be no download version.

The reason was said to be because Disney is strict towards net distribution on copyright grounds.

Lots of questions come to mind. The blogger is from Japan, so could this apply only to Japan? But since Disney’s US-based, it applies to both? What event was this anyway? Hard to say, it might not be the most reliable source. We’ll keep you posted.
