Rumor: PlayStation 3 SIXAXIS ready to rumble for TGS 2007?
Sony looks to be (literally) shaking things up for this year’s upcoming Tokyo Game Show, at least if this rumor we’ve picked up is true. Word on the street is that the company sent out a new PlayStation 3 System Development Kit (SDK) last Thursday, September 13, to concerned developers.
And while it’s interesting to note that the SDKs were released just a week before the start of the TGS, what’s more lucrative is that an insider hints the kit includes Rumble support for the PS3’s SIXAXIS controller. That’s all the info we’ve got at the moment though, so we advice the readers to just wait until more solid info is announced in the near future.
This year’s TGS will be going down from September 20 to 23, with Sony hinting that it might be releasing info on an almost-as-mysterious new PS3 SKU.
