Rumor: PSP firmware 6.0 coming this week?

Earlier last week, we reported about Sony releasing a brand new firmware for developers. Don’t look now, it seems the same firmware is heading to our PSP’s real soon. How soon?

While answering some fan question regarding the Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This? Demo,  Allison Walter of NIS America said that expect firmware 6.0 to be released on or before September 10:

Hi Killzone_Kid! This is what has been decided for the Badman demo: we’re going to re-release it next Thursday, 10 Sept, by which time Firmware 6.0 should have been released. Sorry for the wait!

If the post is true, then we can expect a new firmware update sometime this week. Stay tuned.
