Rumor: Resident Evil 5 to hit shelves Fall this year

So much anticipation is already circulating around the the upcoming multi-platform survival horror game, Resident Evil 5.

As a matter of fact, there’s currently a certain rumor spreading around that the developers have planned to release this game before the holiday season comes around. Find out exactly when after the jump!

Now for those who are fans of the zombie-infested horror game franchise, Resident Evil, this tidbit of a rumor might just make you smile all the way across the universe.

If you’re eager to know when this multi-platform game will be released for all you guys to sink your teeth into, well, rumor has it that this game will be released during fall this year. In fact, October’s the month to be watched out for.

For those who are still in the dark about the game, Resident Evil 5 (PS3, Xbox 360) will be following S.T.A.R.S member, Chris Redfield. Unlike previous RE titles which happened in the dark, this latest game will be taking place in bright, sunny Africa. He will soon find out that the people there have already been infected with a bizarre virus that turns them into lean, mean, human-hunters.
