Rumor: Super Smash Bros. for VC to be relased with Brawl?
If Metroid Prime 3: Corruption was paired up with the release of Metroid on the Virtual Console, then it should follow that the original Super Smash Bros. should come out around the same time as Brawl, right?
According to some of the readers of Nintendo Power magazine, this is the possible trend the Nintendo might follow with the release of its highly anticipated fighting game title for the Wii. More on this after the jump!

This was the line of reasoning some of the readers from Nintendo Power magazine explored regarding the upcoming release of Nintendo’s highly anticipated fighting game title.
Aside from this little fact, they also noted that Super Mario Galaxy was given its own VC co-release with Super Mario Bros. 3. While this is mostly just speculation, nobody can deny the previous two titles’ co-released VC counterparts.
We’ll just have to see if Nintendo will once again follow suit and give players the entire Super Smash Bros. gamer experience to everyone when Super Smash Bros. Brawl hits stores this February 10.
