Rumor: Tears to Tiara for the PlayStation 3 dated for July
According to a rumor we’ve picked up, it appears that the Tears to Tiara Strategy-RPG title for the PlayStation 3 has been dated for July. Perhaps even more interesting to note is that the game will also feature a collector’s edition. More details are available in the full article.
About a year ago, we reported that Tears to Tiara, originally released to the PC platform back in 2005, was going to be re-released to the PlayStation 3 by 2008.
Now, in case you’re hoping for further details regarding its launch window, we’ve got a possible update courtesy of Play-Asia.
The online collectibles-and-gaming-whatnot importer has currently dated Tears to Tiara: Earth’s Wreath for a July 17 launch in Japan. That’s for both the standard game, and the limited edition pack that was also posted on the site. Aside from the date and prices, however, Play-Asia hasn’t posted any further details; they have yet to post a box shot, even.
For now, we advise the readers to keep on the lookout in case the July release date’s on the mark. Here’s to hoping that the game will be seeing a release to North America – it would certainly beef up our growing roster of eye-pleasing SRPGs.
