Rumor: UK Xbox 360 for 199.99?

The Inquirer reports that Microsoft‘s Xbox 360 was being sold for lower prices over at UK. Makro is supposedly advertising Premium Xbox 360 packages for only UK£ 199 – the previous price of Core machines. Here’s the advert in question:

This report comes in days after Microsoft‘s Steve Ballmer hinted at the Seattle Times about price-cuts for their consoles.

Considering that Makro is a large wholesaler, it only makes sense that an Xbox price cut will first be seen from companies like them. At the moment, no other company seems to be offloading Xbox 360 stock at this price. It is still uncertain if this an un/official price-cut from Microsoft, or if this is simple one-off move by Makro.
