Indiana Jones’ adventures are still a hot item, if the LEGOfied game version of him (Lego Indiana Jones: Original Adventures on PS3, PSP, Wii, DS, Xbox 360, PC) is any indication. And although it’s been months since we last heard about the supposed next-gen versions of Indiana Jones from LucasArts, we did catch a snoop on the yet-unannounced DS and PSP titles.
As it is, we’re not getting any new updates on the supposed next-gen Indiana Jones title from LucasArts. And yet here we are, getting more rumors on the yet-unannounced DS and PSP game.
The supposed handhelds installment would be titled Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings. As Kotaku’s sources would have it, it is already in development and is being worked on by Montreal-based developer A2M for LucasArts.
What’s it gonna be about? The staff of Moses. Hey, it did part the Red Sea, after all. Imagine what you could do with it in a congested city like New York. Parting the sea of heavy of traffic. Cool, huh?
Anyhow, we also hear that they were also developing versions of it for the PS2 and the Wii, although we have no idea whatever’s happened to it, or if anything did happen to it.
