Rumor: Zone of the Enders Coming to the PSP?

Rumors are abounding that this popular PlayStation2 game might just be making its way to the PSP. And although there isn’t a bit of solid evidence that it’s coming to the handheld, people apparently still like talking about it (and fueling the rumor more).

So what’s this game? It’s Zone of the Enders for the PS2. Dengeki Magazine has apparently reported that developers of this famous story-driven game are developing a so-called Zone of the Enders Portable – a new title designed specifically for the PSP.

Konami‘s ZOE had two good episodes in the PS2, and rumor has it that the final (nearest exit according to Babelfish-translated material) will be on the PSP. Yup, that must be the ZOE Portable people are talking about.

There’s of course a possibility that this rumor turns out to be just a rumor, but we’re really hoping a portable version of this mech action game will become available for the PSP. Aren’t you?
