Russian Software Developer Literally Takes Piracy to the Ring
The manager of Cognitive Technologies, which is a Russian software company, spotted his software for sale illegally at a market in Moscow, so he does what any software developer would do. He takes him to the ring and “hacks” into the pirates face with his boxing gloves. Needless to say the pirate must of had his firewall down that day because the dev won the match 24-16.
In Feb. the developer saw the pirate selling the software at a computer market without a license, which turned into an argument and then a fight. When a guard came to break it up the pirate wished to finish the fight in the street but the dev suggested to finish it legally in the ring.
