Saints Row Q&A with Jacques Hennequet of Volition

MSXbox World has put up an interview with Jacques Hennequet about the hyped hit Saints Row. The interview answers quite a lot of questions that have been plaguing the minds of gamers for the past year. Jacques Hennequet, what a handsome fellow, stunning background too.

Saints Row seems to be based off of the GTA style but with a few new twists. There is a ton of customization that is available. Just about anything you can think of can be customized on your new gangster underling. Car modding, respect, racing, robbing, it’s all a part of Saints Row.

Q1. How easy or hard has it been working with the new platform and can you say whether Saints Row will be using all 3 cores? What advantages has the 360 architecture given you during development?

We are using all cores. Developing on a new platform is always hard, but we Microsoft has been very cooperative and helpful, in particular their ATG group. The Xbox 360 is a powerful piece of hardware, and Microsoft has a tradition of developing hardware that is fairly developer-friendly.
