San Francisco an exclusive level in Godzilla: Unleashed

For those of us keeping tabs on the beat-em-up featuring the world’s favorite giant monster of destruction, Godzilla: Unleashed, here’s a great piece of nostalgia to chew on – San Francisco‘s making its return in the game as a revamped level, which means you’ll be able to leave it a smoking island of rubble and debris for the third time. If that isn’t awesome, yours truly doesn’t know what is.

In this video, we see a different San Francisco than the ones we’ve been used to. Everything’s prettier and more detailed, most noticeably the buildings we’ll be able to “accidentally” topple during a heated match. The crystals we’ve been seeing throughout the many gameplay videos are present here too, seemingly the reason why the city suddenly has waterfalls all around it. It’s the same city, but a more beat-up version of it – one that’s getting even more beat up after we’re through with it.

Godzilla: Unleashed will be storming its way to shelves later this year. Enjoy the video!
