SCEJ countdown timer to new game — another Patapon?

Oooohhh, another new game being teased! This time, it’s from Sony’s Japan Studio, and look! It’s got its own countdown timer too!

If you look closely at the background of the timer, it shows a sort of landscape that looks very familiar. The thunder and lightning does add to the ambiance, but something’s missing. I swear I could almost hear that tubthumping beat of Pata-Pata-Pata-Pon!

A third Patapon game, perhaps? Why not! The previous two iterations of the franchise have been widely successful, thanks to the addicting beats and adorable eyeball warriors.

Maybe they’ll drop some more hints come E3?
