Second Life search problems and others resolved today

Yesterday, there were some problems in Linden Lab’s MMO, Second Life. Apparently, the search databases were causing problems – having a domino effect on teleporting and others.

The problem with Second Life‘s search databases caused more problems with L$ (Lindens or Linden dollar) balances and search results not appearing, plus the mentioned teleportation problems. There was an update earlier stating that the problem has been resolved – or atleast there haven’t been any further issues with the search databases.

Robin Linden reports that they will be keeping an eye on the cause of the trouble, “just in case”. We’ll keep you posted on more Second Life news. Stay tuned.
