See the world (by webcam): PSP Earth Taster homebrew teaser
PSP coder mat_dizzy has revealed details on an interesting homebrew project under works, currently labeled as PSP Earth Taster. According to the author, this new application will allow PSP owners to view webcams from all over the world live via their portable console. As stated earlier, no details have been given this app, so we don’t know how it’s going to be pulled off…but it does sound cool.
The application is currently being coded as a web portal in HTML/Java/Php/Flash format (It’s not an EBOOT), and is actually a follow-up to mat_dizzy‘s “PSP Cam” project from last year. That’s all the (rough) details we have on this potentially ludicrous homebrew, although mat_dizzy hinted that PSP Earth Beta v0.2 will hopefully be released by Wednesday. Stick around in case mat_dizzy updates again, or if more information is found.
