Sega ends teasing, unveils Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll
The game Sega has been building up with their “ballsy” teaser site has finally been revealed as Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll. Turns out all those weird tags (“sonic,” etc. ) in the source code were just red herrings. Some details and the debut trailer are in the full article.
The game Sega has been building up with their “ballsy” teaser site has finally been revealed as Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll for the Nintendo Wii. Turns out all those weird tags (“sonic,” etc.) in the source code were nothing but red herrings.
The teaser site itself has now turned into a splash page for the official Step & Roll website. There’s a trailer on there that shows AiAi tilting his world with the use of a Balance Board. It’s not sure yet if the Balance Board will be a required peripheral, but I’d be quite surprised if they didn’t add Wiimote support for the tilt controls.
