Sega promotes Vanquish with e-cigs

This is bound to stir up some controversy, I bet: Sega has sent out packs of e-cigarettes as part of their promotion for Vanquish. The box containing the e-cigs is actually the charger, designed with the Vanquish brand on the front, while the e-cigs inside the box complete the look.

 

 

 

 

This is bound to stir up some controversy, I bet: Sega has sent out packs of e-cigarettes as part of their promotion for Vanquish. The box containing the e-cigs is actually the charger, designed with the Vanquish brand on the front, while the e-cigs inside the box complete the look.

It’s not some random object they’ve decided to use for the game’s promotion. Cigarettes actually are important tools in the game as it is said to be used to distract enemies.

In real life, however, you may also put it to good use by quitting smoking real cigarettes and instead try this out. I hear it’s quite effective actually.

Vanquish has been dated for an October 19 release in the US, while Europe and Australia gets it on October 22, for both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
