Setting foot in Middle-Earth: Archet

Archet

So far, we’ve given you the lowdown on the classes existing in Lord of the Rings Online. Now, it’s time to do some more exploring in the vast lands of Middle-Earth. Today, our trip will take you to Archet.

Inhabited mainly by farmers and other simple-living rustic folk, the town is described to be lying in Bree-land to the northeast of Bree-town, nestled at the edge of Chetwood. Because of their peace-loving nature, the people of Archet found no need to have any real authority. However, it is also because of this that they have drawn the attention of the Blackwolds, a band of brigands. To protect themselves, the townsfolk then began organizing a makeshift garrison, headed by a retired sellsword, Captain Brackenbrook.

The town of Archet is where both Men and Hobbits began their journey in The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. Keep a close watch here for more updates on when the real journey begins!
