Shadowrun goes gold: North American release date announced
Looks like North America‘s getting there a wee bit earlier than Europe. Microsoft has just sent out a press wire stating that their much-awaited Shadowrun FPS game for the Xbox 360 console and Windows PC has gone gold, and it will be arriving this May 29, 2007.
And while it’s not explicitly implied in the news release, we imagine the simultaneous launch is part of the company’s effort to promote the linked play advertised between the PC and 360. Slated for a June 1 release in Europe, Shadowrun‘s US release will retail at US$ 59.99 for the Xbox 360, and US$ 49.99 for Windows Vista.
