She’s pretty (and completely done in CGI)!

Mysterious Night Elf Lady - Image 1

She looks like the epitome of World of Warcraft cosplay, or a model hired by Blizzard to entice gamers into the scene. Lithe body, athletic build, beautiful face, a woman mysteriously made up to become a night elf huntress, brandishing a bow and basking in all her cosplay glory.

Pity she isn’t real though.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, the lady you’re seeing above is a CGI creation of Max Kor. Everything in the picture is modeled, from the skin and the “bone structure” of the illusory woman, to the teeth (they look real, don’t they?), to the bows and arrows on her person.

There’s a basic tutorial up for CGI aficionados to try out on the via link, but if you’re more of a spectator to good CGI than a creator of it, you may want to just keep staring at her, and forget about her roots as a CGI construct that looks suspiciously like Gollum.
