Silkroad Online : Q&A sessions and apologies
Silkroad Online, the MMO that is all about freedom of choice. Ever since the game got a high 9.1 rating from Gamespot reviews, people have been intrigued about this Joymax developed MMO offering. And who wouldn’t be? We’re pretty sure that the team behind the game is often flooded with questions and inquiries about the game.
Unfortunately, the well-oiled machine behind Silkroad couldn’t answer all your questions. So in order to fulfill this promised service, they will post a Q&A notice in every one to three days. This is just a temporary solution and they are planning on improvements in their service.
That’s not the only thing that they are having some trouble with. They also offer their apologies for the frequent server downtimes that have struck the game these past few days. As of now, they are still trying to figure out what’s the problem. Due to this, new servers and updates would have to wait and they promised to announce a stable time wherein updates can be implemented. No choice for now but to grin and bear it.
