It looks like CD Projekt and Atari haven’t been letting up on the development of video game The Witcher for the PC. Graphics, alone, is looking better with every screenshot released. Besides, it’s pretty hard to go wrong since they did license BioWare‘s Aurora Engine.

Loosely based on the work of Andrzej Sapkowski, the game introduces character Geralt who has been aptly called a Witcher. He was trained to deal with various foes such as beasts, monsters, werewolves, and the undead.

Among the come-ons of this title is the number of ways Geralt has of dealing with his enemies. In a recent QJ.Net interview with CD Projekt, we found out that there will be six fighting styles which you can use depending on every situation. You can change these on-the-fly since all combat is handled in real-time.

The Witcher is slated to be out this September, so that may be something you want to look out for. Anyway, check out the screenshots and see if this game is your cup of tea.
