Six new screenshots from Project Sylpheed
Today we’re bringing you a bunch of new screenshots from Square Enix‘s upcoming Xbox 360 shooter Project Sylpheed. It’s been a while since we had a look at the game, so check these screens out.
Project Sylpheed is a 3D makeover of Silpheed, an arcade shooter from the mid-80s. This time, players are not limited to shooting at and blowing up enemies in a linear fashion. Project Sylpheed lets players fly this way and that in a fully 3D space but still retains the “shoot at anything that moves” aspect of an arcade shooter.
Square Enix has announced that Project Sylpheed will be coming to North America this summer. The game is also slated for release in Europe late next month.
