Skate 2 coming out in January
The turf is New San Vanelona and it’s up to you to bring life back into the skating scene. Skate 2 (PS3, Xbox 360) from Electronic Arts is hitting stores this January, and you’re up for wicked tricks, online gameplay, and customization features that’ll help you make your own mark in the skating world.
After seeing rough times, New San Vanelona is rebuilt and rising from the rubble. It’s up to you to bring skating back into the scene with your repertoire of tricks and skills in Skate 2 (PS3, Xbox 360). Plus with unique features in the game, you can customize you character, your gear, and even your skating spots, giving you the advantage in working on your skating style.
With the web-based Graphics Creator launching ext month, you can customize in-game clothing and decks so you can play with your individual style. Pre-order now and you get the handy Throwback Pack, which lets you add more style to the game, like tie-dye shirts, Skate or Die apparel, and even hippie clothes.
Another cool feature is that you can get down from your board and move objects together. With this, you can create your own mini-course where you can combine grinds and flips as you please.
Skate 2 from Electronic Arts is set to hit stores on the 21st of January in North America, and worldwide on the 23rd.
It’s not gonna be as hard as a pro’s deck, but you can expect that there’s something in the game for both the advanced and novice players, plus an entire vocabulary of moves for posers and pseudo-skaters to use in conversation.
