We learn about that and much, much more in this trailer video of Electronic Arts‘ next-gen title that looks to take on Tony Hawk on his own game, SKATE for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

In this trailer video, we see young, able-bodied youths engaging in a harmless round of skateboarding – one that unfortunately uses every bit of the surroundings around them to grind and ollie their way into supremacy. The graphics here look definitely sharp and fluid, and quite realistic – painfully so, when one of the skateboarders unfortunately miss his jump and end up a groaning, twitching heap on hot asphalt. Ouch.
