SMS Advanced v0.8 For the NDS!

Sega Master System Flubba has updated his SMS Advanced to v0.8. This version has the following files support and fixes:
- Added support for Street Fighter II.
- Added config for using R as Start.
- Fixed Pause in Robocop 3.
- Fixed some scrolling glitches (Gunstar Heroes intro, Rygar).
