Snes9x v0.02y12 Released!

?Y? has done it again with a new version of his Snes Emulator! The superbly inaccurate google translation reads that he changed:

-Changed the area around the buttons
-Changed the frame skip configuration
-Sped up the file sorting by Ruka
-Fixed the wake up function by Mirakichi
-Other small fixes
