Snowboarding confirmed in Tony Hawk: Shred

The Tony Hawk franchise is branching out, it seems. Tony Hawk: Shred, the follow-up to the critically-derided Ride, has been confirmed to feature both skateboarding and snowboarding.

 

 

 

 

The Tony Hawk franchise is branching out, it seems. Tony Hawk: Shred, the follow-up to the critically-derided Ride, has been confirmed to feature both skateboarding and snowboarding.

 

This was confirmed during Activision’s recent investor conference call. Shred will continue to use the skateboard peripheral developed by Robomodo for Ride but will feature tighter, updated controls.

 

Tony Hawk: Shred is expected to reach retail during the holidays.
