Gamerscore Blog, Microsoft‘s direct PR link to gamers, has officially retired after two years online. Don’t panic, it’s not an economy thing, Microsoft’s just focusing their community presence elsewhere.

Gamerscore Blog, Microsoft‘s direct PR link to gamers, has officially retired after two years online. Don’t panic, it’s not an economy thing, Microsoft’s just focusing their community presence elsewhere.

1UP speculates that the reason for their decision to shut down the site is because it’s redundant, what with numerous other alternatives for Microsoft to directly communicate to its gamers. In fact, Gamerscore blog’s last post suggests several of them, like Xbox.com Voices and MajorNelson.
