SOCOM Confrontation online community more solid than KZ2, Resistance 2
Contrary to what online gamers may generally believe, it’s actually not Killzone 2 or Resistance 2 that racks up the most number of online connections simultaneously in-game. That honor belongs to none other than SOCOM: Confrontation, and SCEA has got the community’s commitment to thank for it.

Senior producer Mark Rogers revealed that SOCOM actually has the most number of players to not only connect simultaneously, but also to play an online game in a more dedicated fashion. Because of this dedication, the SOCOM community will then be rewarded with a patch set to include new Special Forces to the game, among others.
With details for patch 1.60 already unveiled by the Slant Six team, it becomes no mystery or surprise if players come back even more to play SOCOM online.
We’ll be keeping you updated on more details regarding this patch and then some for SOCOM: Confrontation.
