Soldier skills and feat tree in Gods & Heroes

Gods and Heroes

In Gods and Heroes: Rome Rising, it seems that the soldier class is quite the epitome of a true warrior. The soldier's pretty adept at all aspects of warfare, may it be close-combat melee battle, strategy, or defense. Seems like your all around go-to-guy, don't you think?

And just how skilled this guy is? For starters, the basic attack, Triarius Strike, is known to deal extra damage, while Soldier Combo deals "massive damage". Charge allows Soldiers to move faster during battle; Silencing Strike not only inflicts damage but also disrupts spells casted by your opponent; and Knockdown, as it name states, causes your target to be knocked down while dealing damage.

There are also squad-based attacks that are quite interesting, if you ask me. For starters, there's Shield Bang, where the entire infantry causes a commotion with their shields, and causes enemies to slow down (call it an archaic cheering squad if you will). Then there's Shock Charge, which decreases your target unit's overall attack ability by destroying their formation.

Anyway, there are loads of other skills mentioned in our source, so if you want to check out the Soldier Feat Tree, just click the "Read" link below.
