Sony announces Blast Factor Add-on pack for Europe this Ocotber

We’ve got an update for the PlayStation 3 owners in Europe, specifically those looking for updates for PlayStation Network’s Blast Factor game. Sony Europe has recently announced that Blast Factor‘s Advanced Research Add-On pack will be available this October. The add-on was originally scheduled for a September 20 launch (according to Three Speech).

The add-on will carry over several new tweaks to the game, including new specimens with enhanced art, new enemies and bosses. Also to expect are enhanced audio (music, sound effects), as well as a new online high score table to keep you updated on your standing with other players. Lastly, the add-on will feature a new practice mode, and a new hybrid mode.

The Blast Factor Advanced Research Add-on was earlier released to the US market last August 2, for US$ 4.99. We’ll get back to you when we pick up details on how much it will cost for Europe’s PlayStation Store.
